Casa Tua Aspen, located at 403 S Galena St in the heart of Aspen, offers a captivating Italian dining experience that's delighting both locals and visitors alike. Diners rave about the incredible food and warm service, often singling out standout dishes such as the fondue appetizer, bucatini cacio e pepe, and the exquisite veal ravioli, which one reviewer proclaimed as "the best pasta experience we have had in a long time." The atmosphere here strikes a delightful balance between cozy and vibrant; while it may get a bit lively inside, the charm of Casa Tua extends outdoors, providing a picturesque dining setting. The attentive staff, like the friendly Argentinean server Andres, adds a personal touch that enhances the overall experience, making you feel valued and catered to. Despite one mixed review highlighting a prior experience with dry ravioli, the consensus is clear: the culinary team has elevated the menu, consistently delivering flavorful dishes that leave diners eager to return. Whether indulging in their Mediterranean branzino or parpadelle bolognese, patrons leave Casa Tua Aspen feeling satisfied and enchanted—the perfect blend of Italian tradition and Aspen ambiance.

It was a great meal, second time at the Aspen restaurant and it’s amazing, the food is amazing. Andres is an Argentinean server and he is great, kind and attentive to us. For appetizer fondue is an amazing choice and the pasta is GREAT

We got the burrata and the bucatini cacio e pepe (as shown in the pictures) and my family got the parpadelle bolognese and the mediterranean branzino. Everything was amazing, the service and the food along with the atmosphere. It was one of the best meals we had while in Aspen

Very happy to know Aspen has CASA TUA. It’s one of my favorite place to eat in Miami. Incredible night with my family. Everything taste amazing and the service was great.

Loved the ambiance inside and outside. Drinks were great, we both ordered pasta which were also great. Little bit loud inside but overall a cute restaurant

Had the pleasure of eating here for the second time since Christmas week and I have to say...my experience was completely different. Service was much better and felt as if the server cared about ensuring our time in his section was exceptional and to our satisfaction. The food was also a completely different experience. Our first experience we ordered the short ribs ravioli which was incredibly dry, and lacked flavor complimenting the meat. It was a poor enough experience to ensure we never ate the ravioli here again. More so, my husband and I are not sure if the kitchen staff has changed but it sure did feel that way as the special Veal ravioli in a butter sauce was by far the best pasta experience we have had in a long time- full of flavor and juices that melted in your mouth. My husband ordered it while I ordered the bolognese and I winded up eating half of his plate because it was too good to not just have “one more bite”. Whatever the changes are, keep it up. I have friends in the area I have recommend to go to Casa Tua and to specifically order the Veal Ravioli before it leaves the menu. Well done!

We had an incredible dinner, some highlights include: the Gin Tonic, fried Calamari, Burrata, mushroom fettuccine, short rib ravioli and artichoke pasta. Service was excellent and ambiance second to none. 100% recommend.

Had a large group dinner one evening and it did not disappoint at all. Loved it! Here are my takeaways: Environment Beautiful and intimate space. Since I was with a large group we were able to dine upstairs where I learned is usually reserved for members and large events. It was beautiful with low lights and a great ambiance. Great for a date night. I loved the art on the walls. Service The food was served buffet styled so I really didn't get much face time with servers. When we did eventually sit the server was friendly and accommodating and made sure we got what we needed. The bartender was really great and welcoming and knew what he was doing. Very social, warm and polite - would definitely go back to just get a drink from him - always great to have good energy bartenders. Food and Drinks The food was wonderful. Everything was delicious and tasty. I wont name everything here but go look at my pictures and just know that everything I've posted was great. From the pasta to the salmon to the asparagus - all good! lol I was pleasantly surprised. Overall Loved the ambiance and the food and I will definitely stop by whenever I make a trip back to aspen.

Casa Tua here is cozier than the Miami spot, which is a nice change. The pastas are fantastic - really can't go wrong with any of them. And you've got to try the Veal Milanese, it's a must! Just a heads up, though, our server was a bit too pushy trying to sell the priciest items on the menu. Keep that in mind, but overall, it's definitely worth a visit.
